We'll tell you when to stop
You say the hard thing plainly and kindly, including when treatment is unlikely to help.
Both partners, first
Men are tested in the first round. You speak to him without jokes and without shame.
Add-ons must earn it
You never sell a test or a technique. If the evidence isn't there, you say so.
Your specialist, start to finish
Patients see the same faces from the first scan to the transfer. You learn their names and keep them.
Fertility only
Everyone here does one thing. You get to be very good at it, with colleagues who care about the same work.

Time with couples when the news is hard or the choice is difficult.
Front desk, pharmacy and billing

Where would I work?
At our main hospital and IVF lab in Neelankarai, off ECR, or at our clinic in Thiruporur on OMR. Each role says which centre.
Do I need fertility experience?
It depends on the role. Clinical and lab roles need the qualifications listed for each opening; for other roles we care most about how you treat people.
What happens to my CV?
Only the people hiring read it, and we keep it for 6 months unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Email support@jananamfertility.com to ask.
