We receive your WhatsApp number, the name on your profile, and the messages, photos and reports you send. If you start from a button on this site, the message may include a short code naming the page you came from, so we know what you were reading.
Janvi, Jananam's companion for fertility treatment, answers every message on WhatsApp. Your messages are not read by the team as a matter of course; the front-desk and clinical teams can read your conversation when they need to answer you or book your visit. WhatsApp is run by Meta, and its own privacy policy also applies.
The Ask Dr Vani page never asks for your name, phone number or email. Your IP address and location are not saved with your question, and what you type is not captured by our analytics or screen recordings. We keep your question.
How the Ask page worksWe count visits with Google Analytics, and measure which adverts brought people here, and only once you have said yes. The banner on your first visit sets that, and you can change your choice whenever you like. Neither tool receives your messages or anything you tell us about your treatment.
We do not use advertising or remarketing tags on pages about conditions, treatments, tests or our journal, so reading about a fertility problem here does not follow you as ads elsewhere.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the services we need to run the clinic, or when the law requires it (section 3 below).
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, and withdraw consent for messages, by writing to [email protected]. Medical records we are required to keep by law are kept for the legal period.
