Read the refund policy

Refunds, in plain words.

A summary of the refund policy below. If anything here differs from the full policy, the full policy applies.

Treatment not completed

If a treatment or procedure is not fully carried out, the part of the fees for what was not done is refunded. The amount depends on the stage reached and the direct costs already incurred.

Medicines from our pharmacy

Unopened, unused medicines can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Injections and other medicines that need cold storage must have been stored as instructed. Pharmacy refunds exclude GST, as the law requires.

What is not refunded

Treatments, consultations and services already completed, and medicines that have been opened, used or stored wrongly.

A question about a bill or a refund?

Write to [email protected] or send a message. Every price is given in writing before treatment starts, so there should be no surprises; read how that works on our cost page and in the Jananam Standard.
